Gardein™ Chicken has all the taste and texture of chicken. Made from IP non-GMO soy protein and wheat, Gardein™ Chicken is available in various cuts and sizes.  Gardein™ is fully-cooked and retains 100% yield after preparation. It performs well in sauces and is ideal for use in a variety of appetizers and entrée applications such as salads, sandwiches, stir-fry’s and wraps.

Shelf Life

Gardein™ Chicken is individually quick frozen (IQF) to maintain optimum quality. When stored in unopened packaging, Gardein™ has a shelf life of one year.

Water, wheat gluten, soy protein isolate, natural flavor, onion powder, garlic powder, autolyzed yeast extract, evaporated cane juice, salt, pea protein, carrot fiber, vitamins and minerals (vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium).
